Sacred Heart Cacao Circle

5/31/2019

To sit in a circle is to sit with oneself, in company of fellow brothers and sisters with the same collective intention of communing with Athma, the Divine within. From sacred heart to sacred heart.
Raw cacao is one of the most dense superfoods, and is the highest source of magnesium on the planet. Additionally, it contains anandamide, a so-called "bliss chemical” that works with the heart's ability to expand, supports emotional clearing, and deepen the connection with self and with life. It is believed that the spirit of cacao has the power to reveal and unlock the secrets of the soul, bringing forth our ultimate truth in a way that is soft and lasting. However, Sacred Cacao does not act like a psychedelic. It does not take you on its trip, but facilitates your own.
As you settle into the practice, you can expect to feel a gentle expansion of the heart chakra, and a new quality of awareness.
.:. Athma Soundscapes .:.
With the activation of the medicine of cacao, we will be sharing with you a magical sound journey inspired and guided by Athma, the Divine within each one of us. Music, drumming and songs would be sung to facilitate the deepening as we seek within. Through the resonance of these sounds and its frequencies, we will set ourselves up towards remembering what it means to live in the present.

Things to bring
-  Crystals for cleansing and energising
-  Sacred objects to be placed on the Altar

Limit caffeine intake on that day.
No drugs or alcohol on the day of the ceremony please
Make sure you drink plenty of water in the lead-up to, and after the ceremony.
*Theobromine in cacao has a contraindication with anti-depressants - please let us know beforehand if you are taking any as we will need to adjust your serving accordingly.
You won’t be able to attend this ceremony if you have a serious heart condition, as cacao increases the blood flow to the brain and the rest of the body by 30-40%.
