In the corporate world I work as a Conscious Leadership Coach. I help organizations and leaders become more conscious of their impact on their employees, their customers, the communities and our planet. I strive to rehumanize workplaces by bringing practices that cultivate mindfulness, trust, presence, creativity, playfulness and joy. My dream is a world where people can bring their whole selves to work and businesses become forces for good that don't need to choose between People, Planet and Profits.
My job is a direct expression of my personal journey to become a more conscious person. It started more than a decade ago with Systemic Constellations where I reconnected with my body and emotions. It felt as if an entire world just unlocked and since then I've been exploring my inner self and my relationship to others, nature and the universe. My journey brought me to many territories like MBSR, Tantra, Process Work, Inner Engineering, Vipassana and Shamanic work.
During the Walkabout Now Festival, I'll facilitate Power Animal Retrieval sessions.
Often in our hectic lives and jobs both men and women rely on their masculine energy to muscle through, make things happen and move on to the next thing. Modern living in big cities and the pace of life is often not the most inviting ground for the divine feminine to appear. But she lies in all of us and she’s much needed come forth in both men and woman.
And so both sexes are much welcomed in this workshop.
We’ll explore our feminine energy and ways to re-connect and deepen our connection with her through breathwork, movement and dance.
Not a lot of talking and intellectualizing. The best way to (re)connect with your feminine energy is to find her, feel her and anchor her in your own body. This will allow you to return and tap into her anytime you want.
You will leave feeling energised, joyful and connected.
Time to bring the fire of spirit inside your heart and come from unconditional love and peace; allowing and acceptance.
Also a time to share in joy with friends and family and in the unity of the human family.
🔥Agnihotra🔥 (agni means fire, hotra means healing) is an ancient fire ritual from vedic traditions. Agnihotra is not based on religious beliefs, but universal wisdom.
Agnihotra can be a great help in solving many problems in our present day world. It brings clarity, focus and makes you stronger, able to accomplish and do things, and work on your inner energies.
What are the positive effects of doing Agnihotra?
What is required is an attitude of love💖, giving from the heart, and strong pure intentions🌈. This is also an opportunity to cleanse and energise your crystals and sacred objects.
*prepare intentions to be used during agnihotra for transmutation & revitalisation.
To sit in a circle is to sit with oneself, in company of fellow brothers and sisters with the same collective intention of communing with Athma, the Divine within. From sacred heart to sacred heart.
Raw cacao is one of the most dense superfoods, and is the highest source of magnesium on the planet. Additionally, it contains anandamide, a so-called "bliss chemical” that works with the heart's ability to expand, supports emotional clearing, and deepen the connection with self and with life. It is believed that the spirit of cacao has the power to reveal and unlock the secrets of the soul, bringing forth our ultimate truth in a way that is soft and lasting. However, Sacred Cacao does not act like a psychedelic. It does not take you on its trip, but facilitates your own.
As you settle into the practice, you can expect to feel a gentle expansion of the heart chakra, and a new quality of awareness.

If you are going to eat, avoid dairy and oily food.
We invite you to practice clean eating at least 3 days before the ceremony, we highly recommend a diet of vegetables and clean food made with lots of love.
Limit caffeine intake on that day.
No drugs or alcohol on the day of the ceremony please
Make sure you drink plenty of water in the lead-up to, and after the ceremony.
*Theobromine in cacao has a contraindication with anti-depressants - please let us know beforehand if you are taking any as we will need to adjust your serving accordingly.
You won’t be able to attend this ceremony if you have a serious heart condition, as cacao increases the blood flow to the brain and the rest of the body by 30-40%.
It is safe to drink cacao when pregnant though we will reduce your serving a little.
Do you believe that your eyes are the windows to your soul? Do you think your eyes can speak volumes? Would you agree that eye contact is essential to connecting intimately with another person?
At this event, we will ensure an even number of people will meet and split into pairs, each of whom will spend up to two minutes looking into each other’s eyes. Let time and space stand still – and see if sparks fly!
Your breath is your most intimate companion. Health, vitality, abundance, and love are within your reach! Rapid-fire multitasking and work stress can cause your breathing to become shallow, bringing less oxygen to your brain, increased blood pressure, and a hyped-up nervous system.
To center yourself on the intimate moment at hand and invigorate your mind, you just need to breathe. Taking conscious breathing breaks is one of the easiest things you can do to shift your experience and make it more fulfilling. Learn how you can live in ecstatic bliss every day, feeling more positive, supported by life, and enjoying each breath you take.
By the end of the session, you will be able to demonstrate four different types of breath: Charging Breath, Relaxing Breath, Circular Breath, and Step Breath, and be able to articulate the role breath plays in our lives and bodies.
Please bring a yoga mat or big towel as we will be doing floor work. You are strongly encouraged to come in comfortable clothes – not skirts, jeans, jewelry or tight clothes. Bring a change of clothes if you need to.
* This is the Laughter Yoga that you will NOT be needing a mat for! *
Don't let time pass you by without having some laughs, making some new friends, and creating some nice memories! Experience Laughter Yoga especially if you haven't done so! Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with eye contact and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter.
